About Robert
Robert is the 3rd Executive Chef in Blackhawk history, a title that he has held since 2013. Robert did his apprenticeship at NAIT College in Edmonton to obtain his Journeyman and Red Seal certification. Robert enjoys the challenge of satisfying the wide variety of pallets and high expectations of the Blackhawk Membership. He is passionate about sourcing the finest of ingredients for all of his divine culinary creations.
